William Skinner
PASTOR

William grew up in Dothan, Alabama. During his undergraduate studies at Auburn University, he felt the call to preach the gospel. After graduating from Auburn in 2019, he worked as a pastoral intern for Christ Presbyterian Church in Auburn. It was during this time that he became a candidate for gospel ministry in the Southeast Alabama Presbytery.

While attending Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi, he worked as the senior minister's intern at First Presbyterian Church Jackson. It was there that he met his wife, Niland. They were married in 2023, and welcomed their first child, Hampton, in 2024.

In the winter of 2025, William completed his Masters of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi, and he accepted the call to become the first pastor of Lake Martin Presbyterian Church.

William enjoys spending time with his church family, cooking with Niland, gardening, and hunting. He loves studying church history, and reformed worship.
